- We ship a box to you — complete with a prepaid UPS return label. No boxing supplies to buy, no shipping to figure out.
- You pack up your old cover — fold it, put it in the box, drop it at any UPS location (or schedule a pickup).
- Factory uses it as the exact pattern — your new cover is cut to match the old one. Every seam, strap, and anchor point lands in the same spot.
- New cover ships straight to you — typically inside 2 weeks of the factory receiving your old one.
